We are looking for a new Fundraising & Communications Coordinator

We are looking for Baby Bank Network’s first Fundraising & Communications Coordinator to develop and grow our income and profile in order to maintain and expand our service and help more families in need in Bristol.

Our fundraising to date has been entirely driven by a team of dedicated volunteers and has grown to enable us to support over 40 families every week. We now need an experienced and dynamic fundraiser and communicator to build on what we have achieved and ensure that we can meet an ever-increasing demand for our support.

If you are dedicated, enthusiastic and thrive on autonomy, this role is for you. No two days are the same at BBN, you will manage and deliver a broad range of projects. So we are looking for a self-driven and organised person who can work independently, manage their workload and prioritise accordingly.

As part of a small team, you will be the first point of contact for all of BBN’s supporters, donors and fundraisers. You will manage marketing campaigns that will inspire and engage and develop and deliver a diverse programme of fundraising activities including appeals, corporate partnerships, events, employee volunteering days and grant applications. You will work closely with board members, volunteers and our partners and use your experience to grow donor retention and increase engagement in the Bristol community.

Salary: £24,000 pro rata per annum

Hours: 21 hours per week (flexible working considered) (occasional weekend and evening work may be required)
